Your Questions, Answered

  • I’m running to be a generational change. Lee County has been a growing community for all ages. We must ensure our leadership represents every generation and protects the qualities that make Lee County one of the most desired places to live.

Lee County’s strength is its people — lifelong residents, new families, and seniors who’ve built and sustained our communities. I’ll bring inclusive, community-focused leadership that listens to every age group, makes thoughtful decisions, and keeps Lee County a place where future generations can prosper.

Join me in shaping a Lee County that honors our past, addresses today’s challenges, and builds a brighter future for everyone.

  • My Core Priorities are simple:

    • Putting infrastructure before new development

    • Addressing traffic congestion and road planning

    • Protecting and enhancing the quality of life for current residents

By staying on track with the Core Priorities, Lee County will succeed like nowhere before!

  • Absolutely:

    • Balanced, sustainable growth

      • Encourage responsible development that preserves neighborhoods, open space, and our natural resources while supporting smart economic opportunity.

      • Update land-use policies to prevent sprawl, reduce traffic congestion, and prioritize infill and mixed-use projects that serve families, young professionals, and seniors.

    • Infrastructure that works for everyone

      • Invest in roads, bridges, stormwater management, and resilient utilities to protect public safety and support long-term prosperity.

      • Expand public transit and multimodal options so older adults, commuters, and students can move around the county reliably and affordably.

    • Housing for every stage of life

      • Promote a range of housing options — from starter homes and attainable rentals to age-friendly and supportive housing — so residents can stay in Lee County as their needs change.

      • Work with developers, nonprofits, and state partners to increase supply without sacrificing community character.

    • Health, safety, and community services

      • Support accessible healthcare, emergency response improvements, and programs that help seniors age in place and young families thrive.

      • Strengthen parks, libraries, and recreational programs that connect residents across generations.

    • Economic opportunity and workforce development

      • Attract employers that offer good jobs and career pathways for high school graduates, returning veterans, and experienced workers seeking new opportunities.

      • Expand training and apprenticeship programs to match workforce needs in growing industries.

  • I understand that my age sometimes prompts questions about my readiness to lead. Rather than let doubts hold me back, they motivated me to step up and earn the respect that every capable leader deserves. From the first time someone questioned my abilities, I committed to serving my community and proving that results matter more than assumptions.

That commitment led me to leadership roles where I could make a tangible difference: serving as Membership Chair for the Lee County Republican Executive Committee and as board secretary for my homeowners association for several years. In these positions I’ve learned how to build consensus, manage meetings, maintain transparent records, and ensure organized, accountable decision-making.

My background in business complements my community work. I grew up in an entrepreneurial household and learned practical skills early — QuickBooks, budgeting, employee management, and operational best practices. Those tools gave me a solid foundation in fiscal responsibility, efficient operations, and good governance.

I plan to use this combination of leadership experience and business know-how to strengthen Lee County. My approach is simple: apply sound financial stewardship while enhancing the lives of Lee County residents, foster community-focused solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in infrastructure and services. Respect is earned through service and results — I’m ready to continue earning it on behalf of our county.

  • In addition to being a next generation candidate for Lee County Commissioner, I pride myself on my ability to connect with and communicate openly to our community. I speak up when others remain silent and accept constructive criticism when it’s warranted. I learn every day and welcome input from residents and experts who know more than I do on specific issues.

My commitment is simple and unwavering: I will ALWAYS do what is right for our home—protecting our neighborhoods, fostering sustainable growth, and delivering responsible, transparent leadership for Lee County.

  • For those who’ve been searching for work, the job market has felt challenging. One factor is the rapid growth in new residents moving to Lee County. We should welcome newcomers—new neighbors bring energy, skills, and potential customers—but growth can also strain local opportunities if we don’t plan for it.

The draw to Florida is clear: favorable weather, lower taxes, and a strong quality of life attract people from across the country. My goal is to ensure that as new residents arrive, we bring businesses and job opportunities with them so existing residents benefit rather than face reduced prospects.

Policy priorities to make that happen:

    • Encourage responsible commercial development that creates local jobs while preserving community character.

    • Incentivize businesses to hire and train local residents, including apprenticeship and workforce-readiness programs.

    • Coordinate housing and transportation planning so workers can access employment across the county.

    • Partner with community colleges and vocational programs to align training with the needs of incoming and expanding industries.

By proactively pairing responsible growth with economic development and workforce strategies, Lee County can welcome newcomers while expanding career opportunities for long-time residents.
